Baked Lemon Herb Salmon

ingredients:

  • 4 salmon filets

  • Olive oil

  • 1 Fresh Lemon

  • 3-4 Fresh thyme springs

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 1/2 cup Honey Lemon Vinaigrette

Instructions:

  1. In a shallow dish or resealable bag, combine:

    • 1/2 cup Honey Lemon Vinaigrette

    • Sliced fresh lemon rounds

    • Fresh thyme sprigs

    • Fresh cracked black pepper

  2. Add salmon fillets to the marinade and let sit for 30 mins minimum.

  3. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  4. Place marinated salmon on a baking sheet and place a thyme spring and cracked pepper on top

  5. Spoon extra marinade and lemon slices over the top.

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  7. Garnish with thinly sliced lemon before serving.
