Baked Lemon Herb Salmon
ingredients:
4 salmon filets
Olive oil
1 Fresh Lemon
3-4 Fresh thyme springs
Salt & Pepper
1/2 cup Honey Lemon Vinaigrette
Instructions:
In a shallow dish or resealable bag, combine:
1/2 cup Honey Lemon Vinaigrette
Sliced fresh lemon rounds
Fresh thyme sprigs
Fresh cracked black pepper
Add salmon fillets to the marinade and let sit for 30 mins minimum.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place marinated salmon on a baking sheet and place a thyme spring and cracked pepper on top
Spoon extra marinade and lemon slices over the top.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with thinly sliced lemon before serving.
