Parmesan Crusted Chicken

ingredients:

  • 3 Boneless skinless chicken breast

  • 6 tbsp Olive oil or butter

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan

  • Fresh parsley

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Homestyle Ranch Mix

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare chicken:

    • Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to make 6 thinner filets.

    • Pat dry with paper towels.

    • Brush both sides of each filet with olive oil or butter.

  3. Make the crust:

    • In a medium bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, panko, Parmesan, and the Greenhouze Ranch mix.

    • Add 2 tbsp oil or melted butter and mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened and crumbly.

  4. Place chicken filets on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Spoon and press the breadcrumb mixture on top of each filet, covering the surface completely.

  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temp) and the topping is golden brown and crisp.

Tips

  • For extra crunch, broil the chicken for the last 2–3 minutes—just keep a close eye to avoid burning the crust.
